Oh my, how delicious!

 So you think you know how to cook alla Italiana huh?

 Is mountain water important? You bet!

And fresh veges from the orto? (allotment)..absolutely!

And timing? And chatting and a glass ot two of local wine?

Why certo, certo.

But there is something else that happens; call it magic if you will;

things you will begin to feel rather than learn.

 Exciting, no?

The weekend

Award winning cook Maria (above), teams up with our I Cigni chef, Patrizio, to take you through a riotous weekend of cooking the Italian way.

You will learn how to prepare and cook simple Italian dishes as well as some more exquisite fare

I hope you are all still walking in love, I learnt a lot off everyone and felt inspired to be in your presence. For me it was a new experience to be surrounded by souls who understood and experienced the world as I do, I also realised i have alot to learn and discover for myself through my own creativity and connection with nature. The trip also confirmed my passion for painting and our need to freely express ourselves in an accepting and supportive environment. Painting beside you all gave me a real sense of belonging, it was very wholesome!
