No, maybe unusual isn't the right way of describing what she does.

Fact is, I'm utterly lost on this one but let's try this; an example.

Each of our Chakras has a sound of its own. You learn and sing each one, just like Dough Ray Me Far So Lah Tee Dough.

One after the other until they become like a singing circle in your body.

You become your own tuning fork and refine the sounds and the music inside yourself

for ever after.

Bathtimes take on a new dimension from thenceforth.

Our voice is a powerful way to express ourselves in the world, whether through, speaking singing or pure sound.

So many of us have been told to be quiet, not to sing, not to be our fullest selves from an early age, and now we feel we either do not have a voice, or our voice needs to be curtailed and how we express ourselves needs to be a certain way to be acceptable.

By ‘working’ directly with the throat chakra (as it’s known within the Indian and eastern traditions) we can liberate and remember what is it like to allow ourselves to be our own voice, truth and creative being in the world.

I work with the voice as a metaphoric gateway to revelation… to remember and revealourselves.  This is not about singing, however you may actually discover (even those of us who were told not to sing as a child) that you have an amazing voice … AND that there are sounds you can make using ancient vocal maps, which help your energy and well being. These also provide keys to unlock your own inner music, to experience your own sound wisdom and soul-full symphony- what I call ‘Singing the Bones’.
